Any suggestions for a protein powder that actually tastes good? I don't want a builder, just a healthy, lean, good tasting powder for shakes

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey in Extreme Milk Chocolate.
With water or with milk.
Add ins: fruit, peanut butter, etc.0 -
I get MaxPro chocolate from Max Muscle. It's the only one I've ever tried that I actually enjoy. Unfortunately, everyone's tastebuds are different in this arena. I would suggest going to a couple of different stores and asking for free samples. They're always willing to accomodate.0

I like the PhD range, Diet Whey, Pharma Whey HT are both good, not had a bad flavour yet. Usually mix mine half milk/half water with berries, flax mix and maybe peanut butter. I then, as Jamie Oliver says "waz it up" in a blender.0

I like the banana and vanilla nutrisport 90+ proteins and i love gaspari myofusion probiotic cookies and cream but its a like 50 cals more a shake but sits well in my stomach. I mix all mine with water.
As V44V as said i have heard nothing but good things about PHD diet whey and the calories are low.
It might be best to buy a few different brands in smaller tubs and find one you like or see if you can blag some samples. Just send an email to the companies you never know.0 -
Love love The Good Whey company, they just taste like milkshakes and aren't really heavy and taste great. The code NEWYOU40 should get you 40% off too.0

Dynamize, It's About Time, Sunwarrior...all good brands that I've been happy with.0 -
Dymatize Iso-100 is my fave. Roughly 100 k/cal, just 1g carbs, tastes pretty good.0

This PHDs Chocolate Orange is FANTASTIC0 -
I found a place online where you can order samples. It is a little spendy, but if you want to try a lot without buying a bunch of stuff that might end up in the trash this is probably the way to go.

I have not ordered yet, but I did look up the company on the Better Business Bureau and it has an excellent reputation. (I'm very leery of online companies that I'm not familiar with.)
For now, I picked up a $16 canister of Body Fortress whey protein powder, strawberry, at WalMart. I've read that some people don't like the artificial flavored taste, but I think it is pretty good. I mix mine with Silk almond milk (also something to new me). The combination has helped me to increase my protein and calcium without adding a lot of calories.0 -
