try to get something not smothered in cheese sauce, and avoid tortillas if you can. take it easy on the free chips.

I usually go for fajitas or some other type of dish with grilled meat / veg. Avoid the deep fried stuff and anything smothered in cheese sauce and it's not so bad.

I usually get chicken/steak/veggie fajitas. If you're eating low cal, go with the veggie kind, if you can.
The restaurant I go to brings the veggies/meat out on a hot skillet and brings you tin foil wrapped tortillas. I'll usually only eat one little tortilla with it, then the rest I eat like a salad with some salsa and guacamole on top.

Stay away from the chips...and tortillas...and if you're watching your carbs, watch the rice and beans too. Go with fajitas or maybe something like Chicken Caldo...
