I have been logging 30 day shred as circuit and mfp says its 303 calories. Today I used my heart rate moniter and it logged it as 118 calories. What one do I go with?

....The HRM is measuring YOUR body. Not the general consensus. Which is what MFP is good for.0

Yup. Use your hRM0

If your average heartrate is at least 110-115 BPM, then your HRM should have the most accurate calorie expenditure
If it is lower than this your heartrate is not a good indicator for calories burned.0 -
Dang, that's a third of what I thought I was burning! I get a better burn walking the dog.0
