Hello, I was 235 at my heaviest, I am now 180. I want to be around 130-140. I am on a 1200 calorie a day diet and workout everyday doing the 30 day shred and 15 minutes of dumbbells. Feel free to friend me, I can use all the support I can get! :happy:

    Great job!!!! I'm on a 1200 calorie diet too and have lost 60 lbs (but gained a few lbs over the holidays), hoping to lose another 40 lbs. Good luck.

    I am 5'3 and I am just eating healthy and clean and drinking a ton of water.
