I am just getting started here. Signed up to track my food intake. I also feel I need to have more support. I am going to loss weight to help my health and my physical well being. I started to think about losing weight last march and lost about 18 lbs on my own but now I want to step it up. I am no longer sitting on the fence. I want to get fitter with my Dog. I want to walk more even in our winter. I am 45yrs with two teen boys and a husband.
