Day 1 on my New Years Resolution

Well I am coming down with a cold today but regardless I am going to get on the treadmill and do something. It has been too long with too many excuses along the way. Looking back in the log It was almost a year ago that I got down to 135. I felt great, it was awesome, but I was obstaining my goals by being so strict that I wouldnt eat when I truly was hungry. I dont want to go back to that but I want to get that 135 back.
