Thought I would introduce myself. I'm Nicola and havent really dieted before but decided that 2013 will be my year to get fit and hopefully lose weight although the fitness part is more important. I was always around 11stone but went upto 14stone after having my children. I am currently 12.7stone and wanting to get back to 11stone. I generally dont keep a record of what im doing and love wine and pizza so I am going to try and reduce both of these. I have recently bought a treadmill and today I completed my longest run of my life of 4 miles. I have started exercising every other day in an attempt not to sicken myself and I am trying to mix it up with running v biking. I would appreciate any tips and hope to encourage anyone on here.
