Shedding that body fat!

I'm on a mission - reducing body fat but keeping the weight loss to an absolute minimum.
Not overly interested in definition at this point, just want to beat the wobble!

How do I go about it? What is a realistic monthly BF% loss to aim for?
"Lifting heavy" currently isn't an option, as much as I'd love to.
Diet and exercise advice appreciated :)

You want some resistance exercises. That's kind of a tricky thing. I've maintained my weight but cut body fat, except I'm doing heavy lifting. I would say maybe focus on protein in your diet but do what you can for resistance training. There's a lot of things you can do with just your own body weight.

Look up In Place of a Road Map for nutrition. I lost 6% BF in 1.5 month by eating more and doing body weight cardio (Insanity).

Try to eat at maintanance (if you can), and maybe do some bodyweight exercises until you feel strong enough to start with weights...
