I need a little of 200 more calories today and trying to figure out what I want to get me there. What do you eat to get you to you caloric intake goal?

    depends what macro I'm short on -

    If I'm short on protein I eat some greek yogurt/cottage cheese

    short on fats I have some nuts/cheese

    etc
