I am sure this has been discussed here many times before, but I am posting anyway
I have lost significant weight, and kept it off for more than three years using traditional calorie deficit with attention to macros.
I have been stalled out at around 17.5% BF for quite a while. I would like to be down to 10-12%. I am considering giving Intermittent fasting / leangains a try.
What are your experiences with this method of eating?

It makes meal planning way easier. No longer do I have to pack crap for work - I wait until I get home and eat. Energy levels are better and more stable. I get better sleep.
You still have to watch your calories.0
