sandwiches or wraps??

I have always been under the impression that wraps are better for you than sandwiches. I have been noticing that the days i have one however...which is most days!...my overall fat intake is pretty high. I think carbs are better in a wrap though? Im so confused where to go from here. Any opinions?

    It depends on the nutrition facts of whatever you're using in your wrap. Regular bread tends to be higher in carbs than flatbread and tortillas, but sometimes the fat and overall calories can be higher... and watch that sodium! Just keep an eye on the label when choosing what you're going to have.

    I sat and compared and discovered that in almost every nutritional aspect 2 slices of honey wheat bread is better than 1 whole wheat tortilla. I never wouldve imagined!!
