Does anyone know how long it actually takes to build muscle? I do the 30DS three to four times a week, I definitely feel stronger

From what I read on here it could take anywhere from 2-4 weeks.

Don't confuse strength gains with muscle gains. Are you eating at a surplus and lifting heavy? Muscle gains are pretty much impossible without eating surplus calories. But you can increase strength while eating at a deficit while maintaining your current muscle.0
