How would you count this (Marinade type question)
I made one of my favorite/easy recipe's. Poured two bottles of lowfat Italian dressing into a crockpot and put a few boneless skinless chicken breast in. 8 hours later delicious chicken.
So I don't use a ton of the liquid. I know the chicken soaks up some of the juice but the bulk of it gets thrown away when the chicken is done. How would you count the calories on cooking liquid?
