what's a really great workout d.v.d beside insanity??

    What type of workout are you looking for? If you're looking for strength training, Jari Love's Get Ripped series and Kelly Coffey-Meyer dvds are great! If you want more interval training, you could check out Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred workouts. For beginning cardio, Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds workouts are a good way to start. Lots of chose from out there!:flowerforyou:

    It really depends on what your workout preference is and what your goals are. I personally like Turbo Fire, 30 day Shred and Jackie Warner's circuit training dvd. I am not big on dance routines so Zumba type programs are not my cup of tea even though there are ppl that absolutely love it. Different strokes for different folks.
