Hi, I'm Steve, and I'm overweight.
Hmmm, not a twelve step program, but still it is good to admit it.
I am a forty-somthing year old who is four days into his new life of diet and exercise. I don't have any real health problems (yet), but I don't want to wait for them either. I currently weight just over 280 and hope to get down to 220. (I have a lot of muscle mass already and I don't think my football frame will allow me to get to the standard recommended 180.) I'll reevaluate if (when?) I make it there.
Here's hoping for the best!
