10-15 lbs now

I want to lose 10-15 lbs by the end of next month and have already lost 7 of thoes lbs by dieting and exercising.. Any one want to join in I sure can use the encouragement and motivation .. Please add me as a friend .....

    I wish you all the best, but losing more than 2lbs a week is not very healthy.

    Yeah, I would stick to the lower end of that goal, 10 lbs. Anything over 2 lbs a week is dangerous. Losing weight too fast and you can become dehydrated/
