Just wanted to say Hi to all and wish everyone success with their goals.
I quit smoking a few years ago and just packed on a good 30lbs. and it's time I stop the yo yo cycle, yo yo diets, etc. I'm really good for a week and then blow it on the weekends so I'm finally going to buckle down and come out here to log, get new recipes and change my lifestyle of eating. I've done much better this past year at adding new vegetables to my diet.
I did Billy Blanks kickboxing tonight in my living room as it's easier/faster for me to do it at home vs. hitting the gym, but I do occas. hit the gym as well. Granted I took two months off (lazy - holidays), but time to get back with it - even if it's only 20 min. I want to do something.
So stop by and give me your best healthy recipe... it must taste good though. lol
Have a great evening and put the food down. lol Make it hot green tea with a little cayenne pepper, ginger, turmeric and honey. It really aids in weight loss and curves my appetite.
