Grocery list **opinions/suggestions**

So this is the first time I've bought food for myself. Here's my list:
Almond Milk(I dislike regular milk)
Smart Balance PB
Lean meats (turkey/skinless chicken)
Veggies (Spinach/broccoli)
Dairy (String cheese And low-cal singles)
Wheat bread c:
OKAY. That is my staple stuff.
I have no idea what to put regarding work out foods. So this is where you all fall into place. (:
I need suggestions for pre and post work out foods (like shakes or real food) as well as "on the go" breakfast foods when I can't cook.

I like egg beaters, just pour some into a mug with some cheese and ham or even a cooked strip of bacon and microwave for 1 minute.. quick for breakfast!
As far a workout.. protein shakes (gnc, amped wheybolic 60 chocolate is my fav with some skim milk, great meal replacement/snack depending how many scoops you use) I dont really know anything else so I'll be scanning below for more options!
Yogurt is a quick staple to grab and go, especially for breakfast.. buy the flavored greek cups or get a original(non-flavor) tub and mix with your own fresh fruits and/or granola..
I've also heard some people making their own granola/snack bars or trail mix to eat before but I don't have any recipeas, tho I'm sure they're out there.
