So many calories!!

I normally try to eat all of my calories but I dont know what was with me today. I watched a documentary last night and I think it got me a little paranoid. I still have over 800 calories left! I give myself 1510 everyday and burned around 350 working out. I am not hungry right now but do I go ahead and eat something to get those extra calories? I would worry so much if I didnt have over half my daily intake still left.

I would at the very least eat 1/2 of what you have left to consume if not all of it. keeping on track with your intake is the best thing you can do for your body0

I only eat my exercise calories back if I'm hungry. If not, don't' worry about it!0

if you're not hungry then dont eat it. one day being under wont hurt.
just save those calories for a day later on in the week when you are hungry.0 -
peanut butter....necessary nutrients and a boost of protein.0
