Vitamins

I know I need Iron and b12 because im anemic. Does anyone recommend any other vitamins. One's that really work and not just cause me to have expensive urine?

    Supplements are only effective if you need them, what is your diet deficient in?

    I don't eat a lot of meat. I'm trying iron and b12 to help with energy. I could sleep for 20 hours a day.

    Don't you eat oily fish? That supplies all the nutrients that meat does and more.

    I am currently taking the vitafuision multivitamins for woman and the omega-3 ones. I don't like a whole lot of fish, so I supplement with those. I like the vitafusions because it tricks me into thinking they are candy. Helps me remember to take them everyday. It's what works for me.

    omega 3 fish oil lowers cholesterol.....
  • Perhaps a d vitamin! As it's winter amd many do not get outside without heavy clothing, limiting sunlight absorption.
