Bloating after Exercise?

My gut gets really swollen and a little sore after I do exercise. I usually do a short interval session for 12-20 minutes which incorporates both weights and cardio, off of a website called the Daily Hiit, followed by either a half-an-hour run or yoga session. I always stretch and warm-up/cool down and I try not to do exercise within 1 hour of eating but no matter what I do I always get a swollen tummy after-wards. Is this normal? Is there something I can do to fix this? It's been going on for quite a while now.

I've never heard of that.. do you drink a lot of water while working out? maybe you drink too much?
I googled it and found this: http://www.simple-remedies.com/exercises-and-fitness/distended-stomach-after-running.html0 -
Pay attention to your breathing. It's maybe possible that you're 'gulping' air and swallowing some of it, which could result in a belly full of air bubbles similar to drinking a lot of carbonated soda.0

Thanks, I've tried googling and I completely missed that site. I'm thinking it could be my breath, I try to breath evenly but when I'm pushing myself I tend to huff and puff.0
