Need Help Calc Calories

I looked up online before I started my c25k program how many calories I'd burn during a run. Also looked up things like dancing (I play Just Dance 3 on rest days) and other activities like cardio and strength exercise videos.
However, after almost two weeks of this, I think my calories burnt are listed higher than they should be (500 for a 30 minute speed walk/interval run).
So I looked up stuff again tonight and found some pretty heavy scientific calculations... which say that for that 30 minute training run I'd only be burning 100 calories.
Can somebody point me in the right direction? A website list or something? A reliable formula? I'm a 35 year old female at 132 pounds.

Most accurate way is a heart rate monitor. I got mine used from eBay.0
