Are you consumed by food?

I am! I'm always researching how I can eat more for less calories. ATM I'm in love w. egg whites! I eat like 4 every morning w. turkey bacon! I never want to starve so I keep trying to find lots of filling foods that won't break my daily goal! Today I have been looking at different shakes. I made a pumpkin/banana one last night and it was pretty good and very filling! I'm a noob so I am I alone? What are your filling foods!?

    I am NOT good at eating. I don't know how to put together a decent meal. I pretty much snack all day. And I don't like fruits or vegetables.

    I feel like a little kid who carries around a plastic bag of cheerios all the time

    It's completely normal to be obsessed with your new lifestyle in the beginning. I definitely was. Now that I've been doing this since July and have lost 51lbs, it's old hat.

    I used to do that when I started P90X, over 2 years ago. My daily calorie goal was so low that I had. Then after doing some research I realized I didn't have to eat so little calories to lose weight.

    Today, I just make sure my calorie intake is adequate. I eat between 1900 - 2100 calories a day. I don't need to be constantly looking on ways to stretch my calories.
