green coffee bean

Just started the green coffee bean this week! I tried it a few weeks ago but I didnt take it 30 minutes beofre meals, so I started fresh this week. I was wondering if anyone has, or is taking it, what it is really supposed to do, and has anyone had success with it? Any feedback would be great:) Also, if anyone has had any side effects, I have heard irritability. Let me know!

    I highly recommend using the "search" feature to look up threads with "green coffee bean", then doing a google search for "science behind green coffee bean". You'll get a good idea of all the controversy surrounding this junk...er....bean.

    It gave me the runs. I didn't like it at all, and it really didn't help me lose fat. As soon as I stopped taking it my body rehydrated itself, which left me back where I started. Counting calories and using MFP works. I stay hydrated, don't have the runs and have lost many pounds that will stay gone while I lose more until I'm where I want to be. My advice is don't waste your time and money.

    ^ This. There has been lots of past discussion on this (as in, a thread about it every 2 or 3 days). It's another diet scam.
