Hi, I'm new here. I've been here for 5 days now. I need lots of help, advice, orientation, etc.
I'm 5'2'', 34 yrs, female, about 154 lbs now. I've lost already about 12 lbs on my own. My goal for now is 140.

I NEED FRIENDS TO HELP ME ON THIS JOURNEY :-)
