    Hi. My advice...make every calorie count- protein, good carbs, good fats and fiber. Drink your water. Take it slow, and don't use little slips as an excuse to go all out. If you slip up, keep trying until you get back on track. Learn to appreciate the small losses. 1 pound may not seem like much, but better off than on. On the flip side, if you weigh yourself and you're up a couple of pounds, don't stress- it's normal to be up sometimes, and it happens to everyone. Keep on truckin'. :)
