Vegetarian with reflux!

I have been so veggie correct almost 20 years now and have never had any problems with my diet until about 2 years ago when I was diagnosed with adult reflux. The result of this was considerable weight gain, lots of meds and lots of eating little and often. The problem now is that the doctor told me I will never shift through weight and I am do unhappy about it. So I smiled doing the 30day shred and trying to adjust my diet. So does anyone know anything about low acid, low fat, high protein foods to help keep me full but not bump up the weight anymore?
