147 lbs lighter........yet I did it wrong!!!

Hey everybody my name is Nicole. I started my weight loss journey jan 2011. Yes I had a type of WLS (not bypass or Lapband) Of course Im pleased that I'm smaller and even healthier that I was. I look damn good in clothes and I feel better about myself. I'm proud of my weightloss and I did do a lot of work regardless of what some may think. But no I didn't do it as I should have. I lost it so quickly (even compared to most WLS patients) didn't work out as much as I should have and lost a lot a lot of muscle. I am definitely skinny fat. I am not healthy and my eating habits have fallen way off track due to life circumstances. I am ready to push myself. I am ready to get lean and look great naked. I just joined a gym. Right now I am able to go 3 times a week. I am looking for a TOTAL body workout that include cardio as well. Here are my stats : 25 female 5 foot 5 inches. Starting wt 304 Current wt 156 Goal wt 125-130 (Estimate. Depends on how I feel/look and how much muscle I build) Any advice would be greatly appreciated!!!!!! Skinny fat sucks!!!

I would say get a trainer and start lifting weights. I'm not skinny fat, I am just FAT. However, within the first 4-6 months of starting to work with weights, I found muscles I didn't know I had! And my lower body measurements are similar to when I was 25-30lbs lighter!0
