Hiya
Listen to your body and make the best judgment you can within your daily calorie limit. If you burn a lot of extra calories one day, you're at risk of feeling hungry if you don't also increase your caloric intake, and that puts you at risk of restriction-binge eating behaviour. But you certainly don't have to eat up to your calorie count every day! Just be sensible and eat a little more within your calorie count if you feel you need to (emphasis on 'need', not want). The greater your caloric deficit per day, the more weight you'll lose in a given period of time, but be careful not to go too extreme, or your body will veer into starvation mode, slow its metabolism, and you'll be tempted to binge. Eating enough to lose one to two pounds per week is the recommended rate of sustainable weight loss.
Good luck!0 -

Yes, eat them and ENJOY!
Remember, your deficit to lose weight is already built into your daily goals.
The more you exercise...the more you get to eat.

Yes love, eat! If you do not eat enough, your body will starve itself and store that fat instead of burning it because it doesn't know when it's next meal will be. The key is to eat clean small meals (about 6 a day) that stay within your daily caloric requirements. If you burn more calories with exercise, then make sure you add those calories back into your daily requirements. Your muscles will need those extra calories to repair and grow. The more muscles you build, the more your metabolism will rev up, and the more calories you'll burn throughout the day.0
