Cold Exercise Question

I've had a cold for the last three weeks, the coughing just won't stop. I am actually suffering from sore muscles in my stomach and core. Can I count the coughing as exercise, since it is clearly helping to build muscle? How many calories do I gain pro cough or per day?

    Keep the cough year round and you can have a 6 pack by next January!

    Hahaha! I don't think you're burning any meaningful calories but you are doing fantastic things for your core strength. Definitely don't take any Vitamin C, etc, to really reap the benefits of this fitness windfall!

    Ah, thanks for the tip, emanyalpsid, I was just considering that! Will stay well off it and resist the temptation of sage tea too, I guess!
