Cold Exercise Question
I've had a cold for the last three weeks, the coughing just won't stop. I am actually suffering from sore muscles in my stomach and core. Can I count the coughing as exercise, since it is clearly helping to build muscle? How many calories do I gain pro cough or per day?

Hahaha! I don't think you're burning any meaningful calories but you are doing fantastic things for your core strength. Definitely don't take any Vitamin C, etc, to really reap the benefits of this fitness windfall!0
