New Starter!

Hello Everyone, Im Corrinn and i have just joined MyFitnessPal yesterday.

I am 23 years old 5ft 7inch and 2013 is going to be my year to get my weight back on track.

I have gained approx 3 stone over the last year and half due to being lazy (i hate to admit it lol) and suffering from depression and anxiety.

I used to be a Zumba Instructor and i lost quite alot of weight from doing this but i lost all my confidence and packed in teaching and since then i have gained alot of weight.

I am hoping to lose the 3 stone again as i would be happy with this. If anybody has any suggestions on the best types of workout programmes as there is so many out there i dont know where to start!

I currently am doing Zumba at home on the Xbox Kinect for an hour 3-4 times a week as a starting point as i love dancing etc.
