Which one of these (if any), isn't teaching complete nonsense to the public?

I think Dalton Wong is the best of that lineup. If I read "lengthening, toning and not bulking up" one more time in that article, I would have cried.

    I find punching kittens helps.

Sorry, Dino, perhaps it's a UK thing?

Wonderful info. I am going to take what I feel is the best and leave the rest.

I know, that's my thinking, but the above is from the states I believe and appears to have read it.

There's some good stuff in there but also a large sprinkling of pseudo-science cobblers.
Bit easier to maintain your "perfectly honed body" if you are young and work in a gym....

I don't know... a lot of what I read in that article seems sensible.

Making a plan and keeping records of your progress seems like a good idea . Staying off the scale and relying on what you see in the mirror seems wise. Packing meals from home instead of eating out is solid advice.

What's your issue with the article?

And there in lies the problem with the health and fitness industry.

I think having a career where people constantly judge your qualifications by your appearance is the biggest factor.

For what it's worth, I've danced alongside Desmier. She might be a good dancer (she's great, infact!), she might be a qualified trainer, but when it comes to practice what you preach, she's not all there. The things I've seen her eating when on tour. And her "warm ups" are... weird. :)
