Awhile ago I saw on Dr. Oz about using Green Coffee Bean extract. Just curious - Has anyone tried this? Any results? What do you think of it? Thanks!

If you do a search on this topic, you'll see that the opinion of this supplement is not very high.

It doesn't seem to do much - but then again, most of them don't. I have yet to see a success story that attributes their weight loss achievements to a pill.

Save your money and just follow MFP

Coffee is great. Beans are good. I like the colour green.

    Put them together: Useless.

Dr. Oz is not our friend.

    Hours. Every couple of hours.

If you take these green bean coffee things and eat at a reasonable caloric deficit you will lose weight. You don't even have to use the green bean coffee things.

I've been on them for three months. I researched and got the "best" brand with the highest percentage of chlorogenic acid. Took them as directed, and gained 3 pounds so far. Not cool. I won't be buying them again.

I planted one in my yard and now have a giant beanstalk stretching to the heavens! Outfitting with a high altitude suit and oxygen and getting ready for the climb to collect my "Golden Goose" of fat loss from the top.

Question: should I even bother logging the calories expended in the climb?
