Hi
When a measurement of "1 cup" is specified - does anyone know what the cup capacity is?
eg; 200ml, 300ml etc?
Thanks

There is no agreed upon standard for a "cup" measurement. This is why weight measurement (grams, ounces) is way more accurate than volume measurements. If I measured out one cup of flour and you did the same and we both weighed what we scooped out, we would have very different weights. A cheap digital kitchen scale is a great tool.0

My cup measure says it's 250ml.0

it will be different based on the weight of what you're measuring. the 250 ml is the weight (or rather volume) of 1 cup of water.0
