How does Isagenix affect your Immune System

My husband has started a 30 day cleanse with Isagenix. He will be traveling to Africa next month and is scheduled to the get malaria pill and yellow fever vax on Jan 18 - right in the middle of his cleanse. We're worried about how his immune system will tolerate a vax while in the middle of a cleanse. Anyone with any perspective - please weigh in.
