hello all! i'm in ipswich, suffolk and joined today as hubby and i are renewing our wedding vows in March (my 40th birthday and our 5th year married).

to get down to my actual wedding weight would mean a 5 stone loss which ain't never going to happen so am setting myself small goals (14lb down by 14 Feb and another 7/10 by mid March) .

the tracker seems fab but is there a conversion from American 'cups' to UK grams?.
