Loss of appetite after intense workout?

I have started takein a Boot Camp class, which I did last Winter/Spring. I really like the class, but I don't have an appetite after.
This year I teach an hour Zumba class after my 45 minute Boot Camp class and I do not have an appetite at all. I do eat, because I know I need it.
Anyone else have this problem?

Yeah this can happen to some people, especially after interval training or similar high intensity cardio.0

That's normal. Your hunger should come back after a few hours.0

Ye, this is standard for me..... I come home not hungry and overly hot. Then I get shivers and am very cold for a while and after about an hour I get ravenously hungry...0

Yes! It's not a problem for me... use it to your advantage to cut calories, and/or eat later in the evening when you have calories left to get up to your target.0

Yes, always for me. I can't eat for a good 2 hours after a workout, sometimes more.0
