First Day!

As 40 is approaching, I figure it is time to get serious and get my health/weight straightened out. Done the WW thing, and a friend recommended this so I thought I'd give it a try.

    In the same boat! 40 this year and have done the SW thing but they don't teach you portion control!! Have started today and I've only got 440 calories left for the day and feel like I've eaten hardly anything compared to how I used to eat. What a wake up call :( I'm 5'10" and 172lbs so want to drop about 15lbs - does that sound about right?
