To all the MFP members - newbies or not:
Eat!
Eat to your calorie goal. Eat back your exercise calories. Use MFP as it was designed to be used.
Only consuming 400-700 calories a day is not going to get you anywhere fast. Dieting is not like golf - the lowest number doesn't always win.
And, if you want to take it a step further, do some reading and educate yourself about what your body needs:

I'm glad you're my friend. You rock. And may I just add: If you are losing weight eating so few calories, you will pay for it down the road. Your body is not designed to operate on this few calories.
