New to MFP currently in OK

Hello, I am new to MFP and would like to meet some like minded people interested in weight loss. I am a large man, 6'7" that needs to lose about 40-50 pounds (mid 30's), and sit at a desk all day. I workout with weights and title boxing, but can't seem to out exercise my diet. Any recipe or diet links would be most appreciative.

I'm hoping 2013 is the year!

    Chained to a desk most of the day myself and needing to lose 20 lbs myself. 2013 is definitely the year
