Hello. My name is Leigh Ann and I am overweight. (sounds like an AA meeting). Seriously, I joined this site about 2 years ago, thought I was serious about weight loss, got sidetracked, had gall bladder surgery, had a baby, and bought my first home. My baby is almost 2 and I admit, I have been sooooooo tired and not feeling like doing anything about my weight, except ***** and moan about it. But now, with an almost teenage daughter and myself hating the way I look and feel, have come full circle and am ready to set and meet my fitness goals. Accountability is going to be key to my success and I look forward to meeting everyone of you and you holding me accountable.

So, today (actually started yesterday but didnt get logged in yesterday) I am 36 years old, my starting weight is 177.5 and I have a 38" waist. My goal is to loose 40-45 pounds and I hope to have a 28" waist. I haven't really thought time table wise, but was always told that 1-2 pound weight loss a week was healthy. At that rate I would be at my goal in 23 weeks (mid June I guess).
