Hi everyone,

I just signed up for MFP on Sunday and I must say, you guys have an awesome community here! For the past year or so I've been hovering around the 147 - 149lb mark and can't seem to get off the weight loss plateau.

I work out on a pretty regular basis - I trained for and completed a Tough Mudder this past October. I run an average of 10 - 12 miles a week (9:21/mi avg pace) and am addicted to the kettle bell, TRX and boot camp classes at my gym. I feel like I'm in great shape ,but whenever I step on the scale I'm a little disappointed because the needle just won't budge.

I'm hoping tracking my diet will help me shake off these last couple of pounds. I don't think I'm overweight (my BMI is at the higher end of healthy) but I kind of wish I can get down the same weight I was a few years ago. My goal is to safely get down to 130 for my 30th birthday in June. I want to do it in the healthiest way possible - I don't want to give up all my hard won muscles!

I'd love to find some like-minded diet buddies here and I'll take whatever productive advice I can get!

Does anyone have any tips on fat loss?
