anybody hear about this? ""? To help lose weight....I usually think this sort of stuff is BS but a fairly intelligent person showed it to me...any thoughts?

    yeah...but dr. oz? I don't watch daytime tv, but isn't he well considered ? anyways, I'm going to pass and stick w/ the eat clean/move more camp.
