Everyone who.joins should do these everywhere.

Monday 30 minutes cardio, and muffin top exercises

Tuesday 15 minutes cardio, legs or arms

Wednesday 30 minutes of cardio, crunches

Thursday 15 minutes cardio, arms or legs

Friday 30 minutes cardio, any strength

Saturday just cardio

Sunday rest

It ain't much but thats the point. Once you start you'll do kite and it is beret to start slow. I just need people to start with.
