HELP- Bowflex TC20-can't increase speed above 1.0

Just got a TC20... used it for 2 sessions and now can't increase speed above 1.0... can decrease, but then can't get it to go back up unless I unplug it and restart whole machine.. and then it will not go above 1.0..... Machine is suppose to go up to 4.5 ... Any suggestions. I hope it's something simple... waiting on Tech support to email me, but not impressed at all.
