How to calculate exercise

Hi. I'm new here and trying to figure out how to calculate and keep track of my exercise. I work out with Gilad (either Total Body Sculpt or Bodies in Motion shows) 6 days a week. I am not having luck figuring out what to call any of it when searching the exercise data base. Is there a way to see a full list of what is in the data base to choose from instead of a blind search?
