Hi All,
I'm new to MFP and am really quite excited about it. I have just turned 21 and want to get myself fit and healthy so I can maintain it for the rest of my life haha. I have a minimum of 56lbs to lose but wouldn't mind losing a little bit more! My goal is to lose a min of 2lbs a week! I want to make decent headway before I head off to Rome in April with my boyfriend! Would be great to have some friends on here to help motivate eachother!
All Tips, Tricks and Recipes are welcome!

Hi Robyn!
I am going to stick with the 2lbs for a little while, if I begin to struggle then I shall lower it :-) But want to make a big loss to begin with!
I have added you!0 -
Hey Rebecca,
My name is Sasha and I recently joined MFP as well and I'm looking for a partner to help keep me motivated as I plan to motivate whoever comes my way as well. I'm 23 years old and need to lose 50 pounds. I was so happy when i saw your post caz we have the same goal and plan. Hit me up if your interested and lets shed these pounds together

Tip: weight loss will never be consistent
Trick: dont say youre motivated to lose weight, that sounds negative - say youre in training, or building a Roman body or something
Recipe: Set yourself up to win, setting yourself up to do something every day or 5 times a week is a recipe for disaster.0 -
Hi Rebecca,
I just join MFP yesterday and wanting to lose 30lbs, I am hoping to lose 1 to 11/2 lbs a week. I am looking to feel better about myself for my 41 birthday get together I have coming up . Best of luck to all of us!0
