NEED SUPPLEMENT SUGGESTIONS!

In a nutshell: I'm 127 with a BMI of 21.8% with some serious belly/arm/leg fat. Trying to get down to 115-117 with a BMI of around 18% with extremely lean muscles. Not necessarily in for the bulk. I would LOVE for some suggestions on specific brands/types of protein powder and other supplements. I know a bunch of guys who are taking creatine (sp?) and other things like that but I am COMPLETELY naive in that area. I just want to build lean muscles and burn fat. This is, of course, in addition to a good diet.

Thank you in advance for the suggestions! (:

you can't build muscle and lose fat at the same time.

No legal supplement is going to help you out more than getting your diet and exercise routine in check

Check out Juice Plus. This is not a "juicing" program. It provides REAL food supplements from fruits and veggies. They also have a protein powder. It is a Nutritional supplement and has a Nutritional label- an important differnence from most.

If you want to lose weight, eat solid food and drink water. it is a lot easier to feel full all the time eating solid food, in particular of the non calorie dense persuasion. Imagine the difference between a scoop of protein powder mixed in water vs 4 oz. of chicken breast.

    +1

I occasionally drink a protein shake, usually when i don't have time. I prefer real food. In addition to a multi and fish oil, i take a b12 and a probiotic for my sensitive stomach. In the past i used to drink a workout supp called Xtend but i did not notice any real gain from it.
