I am still trying to lose extra flab on my inner thighs and belly. My doctor says I'm now at my ideal weight. My percentage of body fat is at 19.6. I've been using Strive weight machines at the local gym 3 times a week. Do you think I can get rid of the extra flab by using these machines or do I need to use free weights too? I'm happy with the way I look except for those two areas. Any suggestions on the type of strength training I should be doing is appreciated!
