Calories to Points and back again

Hello!
I just cancelled my monthly pass in a pay program and I using an app on the phone to track my food diary, but now I am switching from 26 points to 1200 calories. I really don't want to track fruits and veggies (although I'm trying). Do I have to?????

Even my recipes are all points - now how do get back to calories. I know the programs all follow the same basic principle.....Eat a variety of foods, add fiber filling foods, fill up on fruits and veggies, I eat no meat, so I add fish, veggies substitutes, and skim milk, yoghurt etc.

I'm tired of the sales pitches at meetings, and the locations are not even close to being convenient. I read ideas here from nice folks and there are also many other sites with recipes that I can use.

How do I wrap my mind around calories again???

  • I just cancelled mine as well. I feel like I am more limited with this and I am struggling. I just hated paying for meetings that were inconvenient and not beneficial. I am thinking of not tracking fruits and veggies and seeing how that goes.
